Customers must provide accurate contact information during booking.

Customers must inform Fire Fit of any medical condition, injury or health concern before starting any training session.

Memberships and sessions are personal and cannot be transferred to another person.

Fire Fit reserves the right to update prices, offers, schedules and services when needed.

Payments are made in Egyptian Pounds.

Fire Fit may refuse or suspend service if a customer violates safety instructions or branch policies.
